Master's degree required (PhD is a plus) in Business/related field or Medical/Life Sciences 4-5+ years healthcare advisory experience (for Business degree) 4-5+ years business advisory experience (for Medical/Life Sciences degree) Demonstrated expertise in healthcare consulting or life sciences industry Strong understanding of US digital health landscape and healthcare innovation Experience in oncology, neurology, rare diseases, or endocrinology valued Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and presentation abilities High proficiency in English Experience working with global teams across time zones Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships Genuine passion for improving healthcare through innovation

Execute strategic life sciences advisory engagements Develop digital health strategy for life sciences companies Provide partnership strategy and initiation support Conduct market analysis and opportunity assessment Facilitate stakeholder engagement with clinical, commercial, and digital teams Support internal studio initiatives Develop methodologies and frameworks for digital health adoption Collaborate with cross-functional teams across US and India Contribute to thought leadership and business development Support client relationship management and project delivery
