Senior Consultant, NetSuite | India Operations

3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience. Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with 5-8+ end-to-end enterprise or medium-sized NetSuite engagements or led 8+ small engagements through go-live. Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software or relevant field. Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting, and advisory services. NetSuite certifications highly preferred, including NetSuite ERP consultant and Certified Administrator. Experience with NetSuite technical capabilities like SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk. Knowledge of specialized NetSuite process areas is preferred.

Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects by translating complex business requirements into technical designs. Manage all project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment. Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements. Develop wireframes and schematic diagrams to support requirements gathering. Oversee project management activities like planning and change control. Collaborate with in-house development teams to implement custom solutions. Act as a trusted client advocate offering implementation best practices. Contribute to internal initiatives including resource mentorship and NetSuite education.
