Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with 5-8+ end-to-end enterprise or medium-sized NetSuite engagements or led 8+ small engagements through go-live.
• Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software or relevant field.
• Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting, and advisory services.
• NetSuite certifications highly preferred, including NetSuite ERP consultant and Certified Administrator.
• Experience with NetSuite technical capabilities like SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk.
• Knowledge of specialized NetSuite process areas is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects by translating complex business requirements into technical designs.
• Manage all project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
• Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements.
• Develop wireframes and schematic diagrams to support requirements gathering.
• Oversee project management activities like planning and change control.
• Collaborate with in-house development teams to implement custom solutions.
• Act as a trusted client advocate offering implementation best practices.
• Contribute to internal initiatives including resource mentorship and NetSuite education.
