Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English (verbal and written).

Develop relationships in the media industry to spread solutions journalism on climate change locally. Co-host Train-the-Trainers (ToTs) for journalists, newsrooms, and partners in India. Create relevant training resources in local languages for climate solutions journalism, editing, coaching, and audience engagement strategies. Establish partnerships with regional institutional partners and universities for sustained communities of practice. Provide consultancy on designing and leading local solutions journalism support programs and trainings. Support audience engagement and impact tracking strategies. Foster and build peer networks for learning and practice. Center equity, inclusion, and belonging in partnership selection and work. Disseminate stories and best practices from trained individuals and newsrooms. Attend an Introduction to Solutions Journalism webinar. Work with the Solutions Insights Lab team on impact tracking. Work with the Story Tracker team to recommend stories.
