Requirements:
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience. At least 5+ years in a senior management role with P&L responsibility within Central Asia. Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and profitability in the region. Experience in Fintech is preferred. Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams with matrixed reporting lines. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred. Fluent in Russian and strong English language skills (B2 and above). Other Central Asian languages are beneficial. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities. Deep understanding in Central Asia of the business environment, culture, and market dynamics. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets. Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for Central Asia. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities for revenue growth and profitability. Conduct market analysis and competitor research. Define and communicate a clear vision for the region. Own the full P&L for Central Asia, managing budgets and financial performance. Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors. Oversee brand development and positioning in the region. Ensure efficient and effective operations across all functions. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Effectively communicate regional performance and strategy to the executive team. Ensure all operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain the highest ethical standards.
