Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system planning and customer training. Conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and equipment evaluations. Visit customer sites to provide technical support and conduct training. Troubleshoot failures and abnormal situations in the field. Collect and analyze field failures, providing feedback to the development team. Participate in resource allocation and hardware maintenance. Assist design engineers with problem reproduction and troubleshooting. Travel requirements – 50%; frequent travel for meetings, events, and demonstrations.
