ESG & CSR Social Impact Manager — Master-Level Internship

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or a related field Proven experience in social impact strategy development, community engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or related fields Understanding of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, ESG standards (e.g. GRI, SASB), global sustainability frameworks and related metrics Demonstrated ability to conduct social impact assessments Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working with diverse communities Strong leadership, creative problem-solving, and project management abilities

Lead the creation of comprehensive strategies to enhance Vosyn’s social impact Conduct thorough assessments to measure social and community outcomes Design and implement community engagement programs, inclusivity initiatives, and global sustainability projects Build strong relationships with external organizations Develop detailed reports to communicate Vosyn’s progress and contributions toward the SDGs Stay informed about global sustainability trends Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social impact goals into business strategies
