Requirements:
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s in Ethics, Computer Science, Data Science, Philosophy, or a related field required Master’s or Ph.D. preferred Experience in AI ethics, policy development, or a related field Strong understanding of AI technologies Expertise in ethical frameworks, AI governance, and responsible AI practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Familiarity with global AI regulations and industry standards (e.g., EU AI Act, IEEE Standards) Understanding of machine learning, data privacy, bias mitigation, and algorithmic transparency
Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies and guidelines Identify and mitigate ethical risks in AI systems Partner with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI ethics principles Promote transparency in AI algorithms and processes Educate internal teams on ethical AI principles Stay informed about emerging trends, research, and regulatory developments in AI ethics Conduct regular audits to evaluate the ethical implications of AI products
