4-6 years of leadership experience in the video game industry, including as a Lead Artist or 3D Character Artist Proven experience managing, mentoring, and reviewing performance for remote and cross-functional art teams Ability to foster a positive, productive, and collaborative team environment Experience working with external vendors and service providers while maintaining high artistic standards Strong background in 3D art with a deep understanding of artistic pipelines, styles, and quality benchmarks Proficient with industry-standard tools: Unreal Engine or Unity, Photoshop, Maya, Blender, Substance Suite, Marmoset Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and documentation tools like Confluence Experience in developing and maintaining production guidelines, pipelines, and technical documentation Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong ability to estimate project requirements, manage pre-production tasks, and oversee multiple projects (3–5 simultaneously) Ability to work autonomously and remotely with a global team Fluent in English (C1 level) 5+ years in a game development or entertainment studio environment Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus A strong passion for video games
