Recovery Analyst

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, rational reasoning, examination of information, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of applicable rules and statutes, insurance principles, and basic subrogation and NSA concepts. Ability to produce grammatically accurate business correspondence. Ability to identify urgent situations and follow appropriate protocol. Ability to plan, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree preferred. At least one year of experience in health plan operations, claims processing, subrogation, or related experience. Prior subrogation or NSA experience preferred.

Manage all file requirements for subrogation cases, No Surprises Act disputes, and overpayment recoveries. Research paid claims, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other departments. Adjust claims based on overpayments and settlements. Act as an interface between internal/external customers and maintain member/partner relationships. Prepare documentation and review claim history. Investigate claim situations for overpayment, subrogation, and NSA cases. Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory timeframes. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. Notify vendors and clients of recovery interest and confer on settlements. Represent Centivo in meetings concerning recovery matters. Maintain data entry for complaints and appeals. Perform additional assigned tasks.
