Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, trading or cryptocurrency operations role Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Familiarity with cryptocurrency, or strong desire to learn Work effectively and supportively within a team environment as well as work independently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of new responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring and surveillance of all customer activity Daily operational tasks including trading, new accounts, and cash management Cryptocurrency trading executions and exceptions Assist with customer onboarding, including KYC and account approval Review of general ledger accounts, identify and reconcile account discrepancies Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program and investigations Proactively drive impactful changes across workflows, policies and tools Clearly communicate with internal and external partners Ad hoc duties and projects
