Based in Latin America and fluent in English (C1 or better) – strong verbal and written communication skills required. 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting systems in Higher Education, specifically: SIS (Banner, Anthology, Workday Student, Jenzabar, Thesis, Power Campus), LMS (D2L, Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle), CRM (Salesforce, Slate, Dynamics 365, Element451). Strong understanding of academic and administrative processes (enrollment, grading, admissions, financial aid, student success). Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects in parallel. Comfortable working in remote and multicultural teams. Experience using project collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Teams). Spanish fluency is required for effective communication with LATAM clients and prospects.
