5+ years implementing or supporting SIS, LMS, or CRM platforms in higher education. Proven experience with platforms such as: Banner, Anthology, Workday Student, Jenzabar, Thesis, PowerCampus (SIS); Canvas, D2L, Blackboard, Moodle (LMS); Salesforce, Slate, Dynamics 365, Element451 (CRM). Strong understanding of academic processes: enrollment, grading, admissions, and financial aid. Experience managing multiple projects remotely. Proficiency in project collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Teams. Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish. Comfortable working in remote, multicultural teams. Strategic thinking and client-facing communication. Ability to translate institutional needs into technical solutions. Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven. Strong documentation and presentation skills.
