Requirements:
- Strong experience in C# and .NET Framework (or .NET Core)
- Expertise in designing, developing, and consuming REST and SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with MES platforms (e.g., Critical Manufacturing, FACTORYworks, or similar)
- Proficient in working with relational databases and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with automation communication protocols (e.g., OPC-UA, Modbus, SECS/GEM)
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial software development (or 2+ with a Master’s)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain C#/.NET middleware and APIs for integration
- Design, implement, and consume REST and SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document technical workflows
- Support full SDLC: design, coding, testing, validation, deployment, maintenance
- Execute system integration activities on production floor
- Contribute to project planning
- Ensure MES integration aligns with production workflows and compliance
