Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day HR operations for the US campus. Maintain and update employee records and HR systems. Liaise with the China HQ team on cross-border HR processes. Craft and post job advertisements. Source candidates via online channels and referrals. Screen resumes to identify qualified applicants. Arrange and coordinate interviews. Participate in initial screening calls. Ensure a smooth and timely hiring process. Provide general administrative support for HR projects.
