Requirements:
2+ years of experience in congress engagement, KOLs, and pharma stakeholder management. Experience in KOLs mapping and engagement, KOLs appointment management. Experience in congress and life sciences event project planning and execution. Experience in onsite business suite management and ancillary meetings planning in life sciences. Thorough understanding of event approval workflows (Commercial, Medical, Legal Review) and regulatory requirements. Ability to effectively deliver solutions in Excel, Veeva CRM, Veeva Link, Cvent, and SpotMe/Onomi.
Responsibilities:
Build, configure, and launch event apps using Backstage for Life Science and Congress events. Manage customers and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications. Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and internal departments for seamless execution. Ensure smooth operations for both virtual and face-to-face projects. Handle post-event communications, data analysis, and report delivery.
