Partner with product managers and designers to build and deliver value incrementally. Work with peers in engineering leadership to shape technical strategy and execution. Define and evolve team structures, responsibilities, and growth paths. Bring a thoughtful, people-first approach to performance, feedback, and development conversations. Help Maze scale its engineering organization with hiring, onboarding, and culture-building.
