Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in sales. Experience in high-ticket or consultative sales model is preferred. Experience in remote/virtual sales is highly preferred. Strong consultative closing ability. Confidence navigating objections and providing high-value solutions. Proficient with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Zoom. Responsibilities:
Conduct client health assessments and interpret test results. Screen clients to determine suitability for Pompa Program. Customize health plans and determine payment structures. Conduct 1-on-1 virtual consultations for lead conversion. Build rapport and guide clients using an empathetic and educational sales approach. Nurture leads and ensure high show rates for consultations. Create detailed consultation notes for health coaches. Track sales activity, call notes, and pipeline management in CRM. Participate in team meetings and workshops. Complete comprehensive onboarding and training.
