Requirements:
1-3 years of customer service and inside sales experience (preferably in healthcare). Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust quickly. Excellent time management skills. Experience working independently and using best judgment in a fast-paced environment. Excited to work with applicants on the phone for >80% of their day. Excellent written and spoken communication. Responsibilities:
Guide applicants through the Virta enrollment process. Regularly call applicants (80+% of time on phone). Chat and email follow up to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Achieve individual and team-based quarterly quotas. Communicate the science behind nutritional ketosis and diabetes reversal. Work with confidential health information using discretion. Become an expert on the Virta Treatment.
