Staff Data Scientist

8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, or scikit-learn Experience deploying machine learning models into production Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices Demonstrated subject matter expertise in NLP and healthcare data Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management Deep understanding of statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and data analysis Prior leadership of significant cross-team initiatives Ability to effectively communicate results to stakeholders Strong collaboration skills

Lead development and refinement of modeling approaches in collaboration with ML Research team Drive rapid experimentation cycles, guiding teams on prioritization Contribute to shared modeling infrastructure, building tools and utilities Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to integrate ML models into product workflows Identify new product opportunities for ML Proactively identify product needs and communicate them Mentor other Data Scientists on the team
