Create and maintain detailed Asana projects and project briefs for campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, roles, and responsibilities are clearly defined Work with Marketing leadership to prioritize projects, align on deliverables, and allocate resources effectively Track project performance using appropriate tools, adjusting plans and communications to keep everything running smoothly Facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups, and retros to keep teams aligned and continuously improving Identify and proactively mitigate risks or blockers that could impact delivery Document workflows and improve repeatable processes to scale execution across teams Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Lifecycle Marketing, customer marketing, demand gen, and more, to ensure goals are met Communicate progress, outcomes, and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders and adjust as needed. This includes managing review cycles with our leadership team.
