Systems Administrator

Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience 5+ years’ experience in Linux system administration in a production Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment Strong English written/oral communication skills Exposure to JIRA (or similar ticketing system) Experience working with customers from highly regulated industries Strong desire to learn and share knowledge

Provide best practice support for the Vault application on AWS infrastructure Monitor alerts and troubleshoot critical production issues Build out, deploy, and configure new infrastructure Provide support to developers during regular code releases Automate software deployment, configuration management, and performance management in AWS Design and implement new processes and update documentation Continuously learn and innovate to develop new solutions Cross train with other team members to share knowledge
