Requirements:
Higher degree in a relevant field. Preferably 1-5 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, or sales support role. Strong administrative skills with a commercial and service-oriented attitude. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building. Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or Russian is an asset.
Responsibilities:
Central contact for customers/distributors in the designated region. Manage the entire order-to-cash process including order processing and follow-up. Coordinate with various internal departments for logistics, production, sales, and marketing. Collaborate with the supply chain department to monitor forecasts and avoid production peaks.
