Proven experience in technical support, product support, and/or software engineering Skill in crafting technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences Basic to intermediate Javascript and HTML experience Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Experience identifying root causes of technical issues Experience querying databases and monitoring systems (SQL, Elasticsearch) Strong communication skills Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and CMS systems (WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot) is a plus Basic to intermediate knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising is a plus Experience with GraphQL is a plus
