Requirements:
Prior hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns. Strong understanding of Amazon Sponsored Ads, keyword strategy, and budget pacing. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. English C1-C2 fluency. Proven ability to present performance insights clearly and confidently to clients. Experience building structured decks and performance presentations. Ability to give direct, thoughtful feedback to execution teams. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Former Amazon PPC Manager who has transitioned into a strategic or client-facing role. Experience working with multiple brands or agencies. Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders. Ability to prioritize, synthesize, and simplify complex data.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Amazon accounts. Lead recurring client calls and performance reviews. Translate complex Amazon Ads performance into clear narratives tied to business outcomes. Build and present performance decks highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Manage client expectations through proactive communication and structured reporting. Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance recaps. Analyze KPIs including sales growth, TACoS, ROAS, keyword SOV, and organic rank movement. Identify performance drivers and blockers and articulate what is working and why. Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Review backend Amazon Ads execution to ensure strategy aligns with objectives. Provide clear, constructive feedback to Amazon Ads specialists executing campaigns. Audit campaign structure, targeting logic, and budget allocation at a strategic level. Flag risks, inefficiencies, or missed opportunities and guide the team on corrective actions. Serve as a quality-control layer between execution teams and clients. Work closely with media buyers, SEO, content, and analytics teams to align priorities. Translate client feedback into clear internal direction and action items. Help maintain focus on the highest-impact initiatives.
