Requirements:
Proven prior experience in Partner Success, Account Management, or Sales roles managing high-value accounts. Bachelor’s degree required. Fluency in English. Expert proficiency in Salesforce (CRM). Expert proficiency in Zendesk (Support/Service). Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools, such as Tableau, Metabase. Familiarity with performance reporting dashboards.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and coaching to the team. Manage team operations, including workload and conflict resolution. Define and execute goals and KPIs aligned with the global Partnership strategy. Lead pipeline and performance reviews. Act as the point of escalation for partner issues. Maintain clear communication with internal and executive leadership. Serve as the primary interface for cross-functional collaboration. Elevate partner satisfaction, drive financial performance, and ensure operational consistency.
