Requirements:
  • 10+ years in People/HR roles, with 3+ years as a HRBP or in a strategic people leadership role
  • Proven experience advising senior leaders and supporting high-growth orgs

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to managers, advising on org planning, team health, and engagement
  • Support employee relations, performance conversations, and career development
  • Build and refine core HR processes (onboarding, performance management, feedback cycles, leveling, people analytics, etc.) that scale with our growth
  • Collaborate on org-wide initiatives like engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and DEI programs, learning & development, Alumni experience/offboarding
  • Act as a culture carrier, modeling our values and helping others do the same
  • Help manage and improve our HRIS in collaboration with the Operations team, ensuring accurate data and smooth processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies
