Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred HR certification (SPHR/PHR or SHRMSCP/SHRMCP).
  • 6+ years progressive human resources experience required.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role, direct or indirect.

  • Manage employee relations and performance, coach on HR strategies such as succession planning and career development.
  • Lead talent assessments and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Receive and investigate employee complaints, report appropriately to management.
  • Assist with training HR Generalists and act as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Manage ADA accommodation requests and administer compensation programs.
