Learning Data & Insights Specialist

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 5-7+ years of proven experience in data analysis, in a learning and development context connecting data to learning outcomes. Strong level of proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, LMS, or similar. Ability to ingest complex requirements and recommend industry standard solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage parallel responsibilities of multiple stakeholders and deliver in a timely manner.

Gather and analyze data from various learning platforms and systems. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learning and development. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform decision-making. Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve learning programs. Collaborate with adjacent GM analytics teams and organizations to understand data needs and deliver insights. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and feedback. Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data. Use data to measure the impact of training on employee performance and business outcomes. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning analytics. Implement new tools and technologies to enhance data collection and analysis processes. Support the development and implementation of data-driven learning strategies.
