Represent the Turnitin product portfolio and identify customer needs. Generate leads and build relationships with warm prospects. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects. Identify best practices for lead generation. Utilize SalesForce, emails, and phone calls to generate opportunities. Follow global processes for tracking leads. Suggest appropriate products/services based on prospect needs. Build trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads. Proactively seek new business opportunities. Set up discovery meetings between customers and sales executives. Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager.
