Govern commercial contracts for SaaS products Support sales cycles by providing advice and guidance Address business, financial, insurance, and legal terms in contracts Review commercial and vendor agreements for risks Draft and process contract extensions and addenda Provide governance on contract approval and execution Interact with Finance and professional services on financial arrangements Support Proposals team in tender and RFP processes regarding contractual responses Train sales and support staff on contracting processes
