Vice President, Data & Analytics

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in data and analytics. At least 7 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and best practices. Experience with data reporting, analysis, and compliance in a complex organizational environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or similar are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and strategic mindset.

Lead development and maintenance of business intelligence tools and dashboards. Ensure KPIs and metrics align with strategic goals. Build a Center of Excellence for analytics and insights. Leverage advanced analytics for innovation and improvement. Collaborate with senior leaders on data questions and actionable insights. Set and execute long-term data and analytics vision. Lead modernization of data systems for centralized, scalable infrastructure. Establish robust data governance for quality, integrity, and compliance. Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the data and analytics function. Lead, develop, and manage a 17-person Data & Analytics team. Foster a mission-aligned team culture. Provide strategic direction, coaching, and succession planning. Serve as a thought partner to programmatic and operational teams. Facilitate data-informed decision-making at all levels. Brief CIO, senior leadership, and board on insights and trends. Promote organization-wide data fluency through training. Oversee development of high-impact analyses and reports. Stay ahead of industry trends in analytics, AI, and data science.
