Responsibilities:
Own and evolve GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Chili Piper, Apollo) Build and manage reporting infrastructure for pipeline, conversion, revenue, and forecast Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to identify and implement operational improvements Drive initiatives around lead routing, attribution, territory design, and lifecycle workflows Ensure data integrity across systems Lead planning and execution of sales compensation programs, headcount planning, and territory assignments Act as a cross-functional leader translating strategy into scalable processes
