4+ years of direct campaign management experience in paid search and paid social ad platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads Familiarity with modern targeting strategies and automation in ad platforms Understanding of visual ads and ability to brief teams for creatives Experience in a lead generation role, preferably in SaaS Excellent analytical skills & spreadsheet skills Experience using Smart Bidding strategies and optimising toward clear targets such as CPA and CPL Strong project management skills with ability to work cross functionally Ability to consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources Strong level of business English
