Requirements:
Initial experience in dialog marketing / call center or private customer support. Enjoy customer contact and possess a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach. Teamplay and hands-on mentality are characteristic of you. Positive attitude and healthy commitment to achieving self-set goals. Fluent German in spoken and written form - English skills are an advantage. Confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.).
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact and guide customers from order completion to vehicle handover. Research current order statuses in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery. Maintain an overview of upcoming tasks and set priorities within the team. Contribute to customers receiving their new car as quickly as possible.
