  • Clear, confident communication of design decisions, user needs, and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end user experiences, from early discovery and low-fidelity exploration to detailed, dev-ready execution.
  • Stay deeply connected to user needs through research, interviews, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate insights into clear, usable, and delightful solutions — designing for multiple states, edge cases, and accessibility needs.
  • Collaborate with PMs and engineers to frame problems and identify the right solutions.
  • Prototype and test concepts quickly using the appropriate fidelity and tools.
  • Contribute to our design system, ensuring patterns are reusable, accessible, and well-documented.
  • Share work early and often: give and receive feedback, participate in critique, and help uplevel team quality.
