Senior Product Manager

4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or infrastructure Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and developer-focused products Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity Experience with blockchain protocols, DeFi tools, or crypto exchanges is a strong plus Proven track record of shipping complex products with small, fast-moving teams Self-starter who thrives in a remote, async-first work environment Excellent written communication and organizational skills

Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery across multiple internal and client-facing systems Define and prioritize requirements for backend and blockchain infrastructure products Translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable technical specs Work closely with engineering to scope, plan, and ship high-quality features Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with company goals Continuously gather feedback from users, partners, and internal teams to refine product direction Drive roadmap execution and ensure timely, secure delivery
