Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly selling to technical audiences (e.g., developers).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication.
  • Aligned with Strapi’s values of care, openness, and empowerment.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and ensure Strapi is the right fit for their project.
  • Own the full sales cycle, qualifying leads and building trusted relationships (new logo and expansion).
  • Manage mid-market and complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Developers, Product, Marketing).
  • Navigate negotiations, procurement and legal processes to close deals.
  • Ensure a smooth post-sale handoff to User Success.
  • Keep CRM up to date (HubSpot).
  • Document sales processes and contribute to our internal Sales Handbook.
  • Share user feedback with Product to influence roadmap direction.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives in your assigned territory.
  • Become an expert in Strapi and the Headless CMS ecosystem.
