Telehealth Physician - Licensed in 50 states (Geriatrics or Neurology)

Active MD/DO license in good standing in all or almost all 50 states Board-certified with an MD/DO from an accredited medical school 2+ years experience in Geriatrics, behavioral health, and/or Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders Strong evidence-based clinical skill set Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening Strong verbal and written communication Knowledgeable in crisis response Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment Tech-savvy with ability to navigate various systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, EMR) Able to provide own personal computer/laptop meeting security and telehealth standards Passionate about improving access to brain health and dementia care Entrepreneurial spirit or previous startup/fast-paced environment experience preferred

Evaluate and manage patients’ brain health needs Partner with therapists, neurologists, and psychiatrists Hold 60-minute initial and 30-minute follow-up sessions Provide 10-40 hours of weekly availability Ensure beneficial treatment implementation Assess documentation and interventions Fulfill state-specific collaborator requirements Utilize critical thinking for appropriate triage care Supervise NPs or clinicians Create a flexible schedule within 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Eastern Time
