Drive marketing strategies for customer expansion, supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities through targeted campaigns. Oversee customer advisory boards (APEX & ESG) and play a pivotal role in Avetta Summits. Lead reputation management efforts, including online third-party review sites and campaigns to amplify customer voices. Define customer marketing KPIs, track engagement and advocacy metrics, and optimize strategies to influence deals and revenue growth.
