Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries. Previous experience with real estate is a plus. Strong phone skills and ability to handle about 75 inbound inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in English over the phone and email. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze opportunities and inefficiencies, and propose solutions to management. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production, operations, finance, and senior management). Supplementation and fitness industry knowledge/experience is a plus.
