Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer - AI Team

Real-world experience building generative AI applications end-to-end Experience building prompt chains, eval harnesses, and vector search Ability to make LLMs useful in a product and harness their strengths Experience building across the stack in Python and Javascript/Typescript Experience building backend logic, data models, and architecture Ability to make decisions with user empathy Experience with structured (SQL) and unstructured data (raw text) Product instincts and ability to work well with design Ability to move fast and independently, and know when to collaborate

Own end-to-end delivery of AI features Design, build, and refine features across the full stack Focus on output quality, accuracy, safety, and speed of AI features Work on features like automatic interview coaching, AI candidate skills matrix, AI assistant for querying details, and customizable interview summaries
