Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience OR 8+ years of sales/public safety experience Sales experience in a technical field, computer software industry, or government sales preferred Experience working within public transportation is a plus Understanding of transit policing and challenges Experience selling to multiple levels, stakeholders, and committees a plus Experience with large ticket products having long sales cycles beneficial Ability to articulate and sell enterprise software solutions Excellent communication skills Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiating skills Consultative and relationship-based sales qualities Familiar with CRM upkeep, management, forecasting, and sales pipeline maintenance Creative and persuasive presentation and verbal communication skills Familiar with Microsoft Office programs Proven time management skills Ability to continually qualify strength and viability of opportunities Technical aptitude a plus Entrepreneurial experience and “builder” attitude a plus Must pass a stringent fingerprint background check
