Requirements:
Experience leading on a range of technical projects. Experience with scripting, using APIs and automating tasks. Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple tasks. Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders. Experience supporting, managing and deploying applications to macOS, Windows, iOS and Android devices. Experience with Identity & Access Management systems (Okta or Microsoft Entra). Experience administering and troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies. Understanding of identity provisioning technologies (SCIM). Experience of designing and installing office networks (Cisco Meraki).
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support. Troubleshoot and fix a wide range of technical issues. Collaborate with the Security team. Automate processes and improve user experience. Design and build self-service solutions. Monitor and maintain tech in global offices. Manage supplier relationships and procurement. Lead and manage complex technical projects.
