3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth, founder-led, or startup environments. Comfortable recruiting across multiple types of roles (e.g., technical, creative, operations, client-facing, leadership). Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates. Confident running structured screens, synthesizing signal, and making clear recommendations. Skilled at managing multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning administrative tasks. Able to build and refine checklists, templates, and simple processes. Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse or similar) plus comfort with spreadsheets and basic reporting. Clear, concise communicator with candidates and internal stakeholders. Comfortable giving hiring managers structured updates. Able to work as an independent contractor, including managing your own taxes, benefits, and local compliance obligations. Comfortable working U.S.-aligned business hours.
