1+ years in product support, technical support, or related roles (SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing environments preferred). Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and SQL is required. Hands-on experience with tools like BigQuery, Looker, Datadog, or similar platforms. Strong technical troubleshooting skills in a customer-facing role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Comfortable with a 24x7 shift culture.
