Staff Engineer - Full Stack

9+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack engineering Strong backend programming skills like Java, Node.JS, or similar, with deep understanding of asynchronous programming and system design Advanced proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) Proven experience building and scaling distributed services, APIs, and event-driven systems Familiarity with infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Experience integrating services with data stores, message queues, and external APIs Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, accessibility (a11y), and responsive design principles Strong product sensibility and empathy for UX
