Oversee a team of Campaign Managers, ensuring consistent high-performance levels Regularly monitor account health and intervene when necessary to ensure customer success Drive customer renewals and expansions to meet organizational objectives Spearhead the hiring and training of new Campaign Managers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement Collaborate with the Product Team to promote new feature adoption and inform product development based on customer feedback
