Lead Data Scientist

4+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles At least 2 years in a leadership or team-building capacity Proven experience with Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) Strong background in deploying machine learning solutions on Azure (e.g., Azure ML, Data Factory, Synapse) Proficient in Python and common machine learning libraries Deep understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and cloud-native architectures Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior talent
