Responsibilities:
Analyze People-related KPIs to support strategic decision-making Prepare data-driven analyses for strategic reviews Evaluate People team efficiency and recommend improvements Structure and coordinate cross-functional projects Lead migration of HR processes into the Pigment application Identify and address friction points in People-related processes Assess existing HR tools and propose enhancements Drive adoption of AI and technology for People processes Monitor People team roadmap and remove roadblocks Support the strategic agenda of the Head of People Act as a facilitator between the People team and other departments
