Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP
  • 2+ years experience as a benefit specialist responsible for benefit programs and leave administration
  • Familiarity with US benefit laws

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support on a variety of HR needs including employee relations and performance management
  • Manage AllTrails’ benefit and leave offerings, ensuring they are competitive, compliant and aligned to AllTrails’ unique needs and culture
  • Provide personalized support on employee benefit questions, as well as develop and implement proactive communication strategies to educate employees about benefit offerings, changes and open enrollment
  • Manage relationships with insurance carriers and other benefit providers, analyze benefit utilization trends, identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts
  • Apply your knowledge of the benefit space to identify opportunities for AllTrails as a corporate wellness offering
  • Manage AllTrail’s global Contractor Program, supporting onboarding/offboarding, partnering with our vendors and driving efficiencies in our processes
  • Perform audits to ensure our benefit and other People programs are compliant
